Terms & Conditions


  1. Services Provided:
    • We offer B2B introductions, lead generation services, and market entry studies to assist companies in expanding into new markets.
    • Services are tailored to each client’s specific needs as agreed upon in the service contract.
  2. Client Engagement and Payment:
    • Clients engage with our services directly, but all payments are processed through Odoo.
    • Our standard payment terms are 7 days from the invoice date, unless otherwise specified in the contract.
  3. Service Delivery:
    • The timeline for service delivery will depend on the specifics of each contract.
    • Clients will be informed of estimated timelines for service completion during the contracting process.
  4. Limitation of Liability:
    • Transform Asia Limited is not liable for any indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from the use of our services.
    • Liability is strictly limited to the amount paid by the client for the services rendered.
  5. Dispute Resolution:
    • Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be resolved through arbitration in Hong Kong in accordance with its Arbitration Rules.
  6. Intellectual Property:
    • Standard intellectual property rights clauses apply. All services provided remain the intellectual property of Transform Asia Limited unless explicitly agreed otherwise in the contract.
  7. Governing Law:
    • These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong.
  8. Amendments and Notifications:
    • Amendments or changes to these terms and conditions are valid only if agreed upon in writing and included in the contract.
  9. Termination of Services:
    • Either party may terminate the service agreement by providing a 30-day written notice via email, unless otherwise specified in the contract.
  10. General Provisions:
    • If any part of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining parts will remain valid and enforceable.
    • The failure of Transform Asia Limited to enforce any right or provision of these terms and conditions will not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.
